We ask that you leave the property prior to us and the buyers arriving

We ask that you trust us with having a key to the property allowing access and locking up quicker

We ask that any dogs to be taken, if not possible tied up somewhere in the yard to allow buyers to view outside

Please make sure driveway is clear with no cars parked out front

We ask if you have a pool or any water feature to be turned on

All lights to be on

All blinds/curtains to be open to allow maximum lighting through the property

If a warm or hot day that all Air Conditioning be turned onto 23 degrees

All beds to be made

Kitchen to be de-cluttered

Candles or Scented Plugins are always a great idea

Soft music playing in the background

Media Rooms or Big Screen TVs – please have a suitable movie playing

We will always call once the inspection with the buyers are finished, and all feedback will be given.
